These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Vireld website and your purchase of products from our store.

Vireld is operated by Huizhou Longchao Trading Co., Ltd. By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on our website.

2. Products and Presentation

Vireld offers home décor, textiles, tabletop accessories, decorative storage, clocks, mirrors, cushions, blankets, and related household products.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, prices, colors, dimensions, materials, included components, and care information accurately.

Product appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, photography, measurements, natural materials, and production batches. Reasonable variations do not necessarily constitute defects.

Product availability may change without notice. We may update information or correct obvious errors when necessary.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that it has been accepted. An automated confirmation only acknowledges that we received the order.

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, incorrect pricing, failed payment authorization, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, legal requirements, or inaccurate customer information.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Unless otherwise stated, store prices are displayed in US dollars.

Available cards, wallets, and accelerated checkout methods appear during checkout and may vary according to location, currency, device, and payment provider.

Payments may be subject to authorization, identity verification, security review, or fraud-prevention checks performed by Shopify or an authorized payment provider.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Order preparation, shipping charges, estimated delivery periods, available destinations, tracking, customs charges, and delivery responsibilities are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, incorrect delivery information, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, product condition requirements, exclusions, return shipping responsibilities, and refund processing are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

A return must be approved before a product is sent back. Sending an item without authorization may delay processing or result in the return being refused.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order should be submitted as soon as possible.

Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing, packing, or shipment has started. If an order can no longer be canceled, the customer may need to receive it and follow the applicable return procedure.

8. Product Use and Care

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, care instructions, warnings, and information supplied with an item.

Products must be used only for their intended purpose. Stop using any product that becomes damaged, unstable, cracked, broken, or otherwise unsafe.

Tabletop products should not be assumed suitable for food contact, dishwashers, microwaves, ovens, or freezers unless the product description specifically confirms such use.

9. Intellectual Property

The Vireld name, website design, photographs, graphics, logos, written content, product presentation, and other store materials are owned by or licensed to Vireld and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use this website for personal shopping purposes only. Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the website for illegal or fraudulent activity;

• Provide false payment or delivery information;

• Interfere with website security or operation;

• Upload malicious code or harmful material;

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems;

• Impersonate another person;

Payment credentials may be processed directly by Shopify or authorized payment providers. Vireld does not store complete payment-card numbers.

We try to maintain reliable access to our website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

We may update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, operational, or legal reasons.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Huizhou Longchao Trading Co., Ltd. will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, third-party services, delayed delivery, or product misuse.

This provision does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited and does not affect mandatory consumer rights.
